We are looking for a solid Customer Success Manager, with the mindset to be an ambassador for clients and help them purchasing solutions to fix their challenges. Are you that sales talent with a passion for IT that we are looking for?

About the Job

Over the years, we have won the trust of thousands of customers, big and small. These customers must be served in the most customer-friendly way and in such a way that the revenue from these existing customers grows. Because of our always growing customer base, we’re looking to add a Customer Success Manager to our team.

Your Responsibilities

  • He or she guards the commercial objectives of the company and the interests of the customer in the long-term relationship with the customer.
  • Generating higher turnover through relationship management, acquiring new customers and advising on market developments and opportunities.
  • Knowing how to translate the Prospects’ challenge to a technical solution that meets goals and budget.
  • You are the person who guides our potential customers through the entire sales process, from researching their needs, pitching our proposition, completing the quotes all the way up to getting the signatures.
  • Work closely with your Sales colleagues on the success of our customers.
  • This job requires travelling on a regular basis.

Your Skills

  • Good dose of Energy and the will to develop both yourself as your Customer base.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales OR a Commercial Bachelor is required.
  • Being fluent in English is a must; other language proficiencies are, of course, a plus.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM a big plus.
