Work environment

You will be joining a young, fun and ambitious Product & Marketing department. Working during the pandemic is a challenge, but the company can proudly say they have met that challenge head-on. Despite the distance, the teams can collaborate, bond, and get you settled. You’ll also have the freedom to structure your days, work times, and environment. If you feel safer working from home, take advantage of the budget for your home office equipment. Alternatively, feel free to use the company’s Rotterdam office, including the fully equipped gym, kitchen, and gaming room (whilst complying with social distancing measures, of course).

Work expectations

As for the work, don’t expect any day to be the same in this design role. You will have authority over all company’s visual and brand identities, from graphic visuals to website design. You are free to seize the opportunity to broaden or strengthen any area of expertise you want, whether that’s by proposing specific projects or taking advantage of our unlimited education fund. You can make the role your own.

Your team

Every morning you’ll be greeted in a stand-up by a team of Product Managers, Marketeers, and Product Designer. While in the team all have their own areas of expertise, all are unified in the dedication to the customer’s experience, and you will be too.

Role 

In your role, you will take responsibility for all the visual content with the customer’s journey in mind. You’ll be further developing the brand identities, and set and safeguard the guidelines. As an expert, you’ll be the brand authority in the company on questions like usage of the marketing materials, or helping colleagues to visually convey their messages. Basically you will be the go-to person for creating engaging visual product and marketing content. Furthermore, you will share the responsibility with the team for managing and updating the website, performing cross-browser optimization, and creating campaign landing pages.
