About the Job
You spend the morning managing our server park and solve the problems that occurred during the night. Multi-tasking is required because while you are working on this colleagues from other departments will regularly ask you for advice.
After lunch, you work on deliveries for existing and new customers. You interact with the Project Management department, NOC, and other departments. In the meantime, you set up remote-hands assignments around the world and ensure that the deadlines are met. Unfortunately, an incident throws a spanner in the works and you have to start working on this in order to minimize the impact for our customers. You solve problems as quickly as possible and you take measures to prevent them from occurring in the future. At the end of the day, you have time to arrange a visa application because in two weeks you will have to go to the US for a project!
