As a solution architect, I design the client’s solution to maximize their return on investment. It’s my responsibility to make sure all client expectations are met, the quality of the solutions is monitored and everyone’s role and responsibilities are clarified.
To create smarter robots fully tailored to the customer’s needs, I work with RPA but also with other technologies like OCR, machine learning etc. Working as a solution architect means no day looks the same! Since it is my job to deliver high end quality solutions, I am involved in all steps of the clients’ transformation process. This incorporates lots of technical work like development of robots and research on possibilities of intelligent automation, but also many client contacts to manage expectations and make sure all stakeholders are aligned. In a nutshell, every day is an opportunity to tackle new challenges!
