Our team is looking for an enthusiastic starter with a passion for technology, eager to contribute to improving cloud connectivity for our customers and fostering innovation. Whether you are just starting out or already have some experience with IT environments, network infrastructure, and optical configurations, you can hit the ground running with us!

We offer training programs to further develop your skills, allowing you to quickly become a full-fledged member of our team. Starters are particularly welcome to learn, grow, and excel within our team.

You will have the opportunity to work for leading clients such as Talpa, Youfone, Intermax, and RTL Netherlands. Your role involves combining technical expertise with various customer situations to make crucial decisions and execute or coordinate projects together with the Senior Network Engineer and technical team or with external parties.

What you will do:

• Work with fiber optic connections and follow internal training.
• Think of solutions to improve connectivity, system availability, and security for customers.
• Support the team with network connections; research, innovate, and monitor technical possibilities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions on technical and commercial levels.
• Support pre-sales, sales, and delivery with a hands-on, autonomous, and practical approach; solving practical problems as needed.

You will ensure that our network and customer solutions are facilitated as effectively as possible, thereby optimally supporting the IT systems and processes of both ourselves and our clients. In addition, you are responsible for monitoring network improvements and throughput times. You will play an active role in investigating and resolving incidents to safeguard the security of ICT systems. Your commitment is essential to ensuring that our customers have a safe and modern IT environment.

Ideal profile

• Strong affinity with technology.
• An open, critical, and practical view of IT, teamwork, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication skills, friendly and proactive, including in customer contact.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Possession of a driver’s license B.
• A drive to continuously learn and develop yourself.
