The Azure Cosmos DB Go SDK is now generally available. The Go SDK allows you to connect to an Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL account and perform operations on databases, containers, and items. This release brings critical Azure Cosmos DB features for multi-region support and high availability to Go, such as the ability to set preferred regions, cross region retries, and improved request diagnostics. You now have fine grained control over which region in your Azure Cosmos DB account the Go SDK connects to, and which order regions are contacted in case of retries or region failovers.
