International Sales Representative

Location: Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands (On-site or Hybrid – max 3 days remote)

Employment: Full-time

Languages: Dutch (Native), English (Professional)

Driver’s License: Required

Your Responsibilities:

  • Use your sales expertise to foster client relationships, manage quotes, process orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure follow-up.
  • Drive improvements in quality, productivity, costs, and equipment deployment.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive pricing.
  • Onboard new clients and manage the organizational mapping within customer structures.
  • Develop a robust network through industry groups, events, and channel partners.
  • Support project opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Report directly to management and actively participate in team development.

Your Profile:

  • Ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels within a dynamic, international environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision) and CRM for quoting IT hardware.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a technical background.
  • Minimum 3 years of international operational experience in network, storage, server infrastructure, or IT environments.
  • Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to business objectives.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with exceptional sales acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to communication.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native) and English (professional).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
