The Fedora Project has released Fedora Linux 38, which is “powered by Linux kernel 6.2 and the Mesa 23 graphics stack, reports Marius Nestor. 

“Fedora Linux 38 includes the recently released GNOME 44 “Kuala Lumpur” desktop environment for its flagship Workstation edition,” Nestor says, as well as Fedora Budgie and Sway Spins, faster shutdown times, new ARM64 LXQt images, and more.
