The native snapshot-based backup solution offered by Azure Backup for Azure Files is now generally available in China North2, China East 2, China North 3, and China East 3.
You can configure a backup policy to define a backup schedule to take multiple snapshots a day and custom retention period for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly snapshots. In case of any accidental deletion or modification of contents on the protected file share, you can restore full share or individual files and folders. The integration with the backup center enables you to manage and monitor Files backups across your estate in a single pane of glass.
