Azure AI Translator has consolidated its paid pricing instances into Commitment Tiers. We’ve retired our Volume Discount S2-S4 pricing instances.  You have until 1 October 2026 to migrate to Commitment Tiers. 

Creating new S2-S4 instances or switching to S2-S4 from S1 instances won’t be allowed after 14 September 2026. 

Recommended Action 

To avoid or minimize disruption to your workload, transition to the Commitment Tier pricing instance before 1 October 2026. You can refer to this guide on how to migrate from S2-S4.

  1. For Issue type, select Technical.   

  1. For Subscription, select your subscription.   

  1. For Service, select My services, then select Cognitive Services.   

  1. Select the Azure resource that you are creating a support request for.   

  1. For Summary, type a description of your issue.   

  1. For Problem type, select  Availability.    

  1. For problem subtype, select  Service Unavailable
