We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager Gaming, with the mindset to chase hard-to-get prospects across the world and close the deals. Are you the target driven and results oriented sales talent with a passion for IT and Gaming that we are looking for?

About the Job

The Gaming market grows faster than ever. Also, this year, the Global revenue will exceed 10% growth to an expected total of 160 billion USD. Over the past years we were able to serve some of the largest Game Publishers and Indie studios, with as result that more than 250 million gamers are using our network on a daily basis. Our ambition is to at least double this amount in the next years. Therefore, we’re looking for a senior Business Development Manager with an extensive network in the Game industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow the latest developments in the industry and translate these to business opportunities for our organization.
  • Knowing how to translate the Prospects’ challenge to a technical solution that meets goals and budget.
  • You are the person who guides our potential customers through the entire sales process, from researching their needs, pitching our proposition, completing the quotes all the way up to getting the signatures.
  • Building up own customer portfolio through acquisition.
  • Work closely with your Sales colleagues on the success of these customers in the next years.
  • Design campaigns in cooperation with our marketing department and create leads from campaigns or promotional activities such as business fairs, which we visit around the world.
  • This job requires travelling on a monthly basis.

Your Skills

  • Good dose of Energy and the will to develop your own Customer base.
  • Master in tracking your sales process and determining the right strategy for different customers.
  • Great organization skills and helicopter view to keep track of all your sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ Sales experience in the Game industry.
  • Being fluent in English is a must; other language proficiencies are, of course, a plus.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM a big plus.
