Canonical has announced a free tier of its Ubuntu Pro commercial offering for users who want to access exclusive tools and extend the coverage of security updates for up to 10 years, reports Marius Nestor.
Ubuntu Pro is “an expanded security maintenance and compliance subscription” that is part of Ubuntu Advantage, and it’s available for supported LTS versions.
