You’re probably aware that Linux is the default operating system for the popular Steam Deck handheld gaming console, says Matthew Connatser, but you can also set up Steam on your Linux PC. 

“However, while Steam can easily be installed on some Linux distros, the process is more obscure on others,” Connatser says. This article shows how to install Steam on a variety of distributions including Ubuntu, Mint, Pop!_OS, and Arch.
