You’re receiving this email because you’re using GetAlertSummary API in Azure Monitor. 

On 30-Sep-2026, we will retire GetAlertSummary API. Before that date, you’ll need to migrate to ARG query, which provides all of the functionality of GetAlertSummary API plus new ones, including: 

 

Required action 

 To avoid a breaking change in your system while using GetAlertSummary API, use the migration path to start using Arg query by 30-Sep-2026.

  1. Under Problem type, select Issues with ARM templates, REST API, CLI or PowerShell. 

  1. Under Problem subtype, select Viewing or updating fired alerts
