We’re excited to announce that Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server users can choose to opt-in to storage auto-grow, which is now Generally Available.
With auto-grow enabled, Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server will automatically increase the size of the provisioned storage of your database servers. This flexibility removes concerns about rightsizing when beginning to use these services and running out of storage.
Additionally, we have introduced online disk scaling globally, eliminating the requirement for server restarts during storage scaling operations.
