The Role

Our sales division is dedicated to engaging with prospects, primarily through inbound channels, and maximizing opportunities with existing clients through account management. Comprising a team of dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals, we thrive on agility, creativity, and the determination to exceed targets and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your role centers on maintaining client satisfaction and overseeing designated accounts. This involves a blend of reactive responses to inbound inquiries and proactive sales initiatives. Your scope will extend to outbound sales efforts, including prospecting activities to engage potential clients.

You’ll adeptly present our services and value proposition to both current and prospective customers, engaging with stakeholders ranging from middle management to IT decision-makers and C-level executives. Your efforts will contribute significantly to achieving individual, departmental, and organizational objectives.

Is This You?

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with ideally prior experience in a similar capacity within the hosting industry or IaaS sector.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Proficiency in independently identifying, assessing, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-level personnel.
  • Strong aptitude in listening, negotiation, and delivering customer-focused IT solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to embrace mistakes as learning opportunities.
  • Bring a consistently high-energy, positive mindset to the role every day.
