We are an independent IT hardware and services reseller founded in 2006 and headquartered in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

We buy and sell IT equipment and IT services (B2B only). We operate in more than 80 countries and have employees in 5 countries. We belong to a larger organization which comprises 4 IT companies headquartered in Europe and Asia.

We are currently looking for a new colleague to assist our Back-Office team and manage daily customer contacts as a Front Office representative.

If you are looking for a position where you can play a central role in the company’s daily operations and be a contact person for visitors, customers, and internal departments, but also can work solo on administrative tasks, keep reading!

Your responsibilities

As a front-back office representative, your are in charge of:

  • Acting as a liaison between the Sales team and other departments regarding the day-to-day operations.
  • Welcoming incoming visitors. You are the first point of contact when somenone comes to our headquarters!
  • Communicating with our facility partners to ensure service calls are executed properly and supplies arrive on time.

Your day in the office

Every day will be different but some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Completing forms, creating labels for packages, checking sales orders and updating the system with the details of our daily operations.
  • Arranging pickups for urgent orders.
  • Providing your coworkers and customers with information by email or phone whenever they request it.
  • Collecting POD from freight forwarders and/or carriers.
  • Welcoming customers and visitors.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and informing your colleagues of any messages for them.
  • Managing company mail and inbox.

What we are after

  • You are stress-resistant, pro-active.
  • You can work and think independently.
  • Good command of the English language, Dutch and some other languages are a plus.
  • You are currently following a Bachelor’s study or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You are available 5 days a week.
  • You are accurate, efficient and well-organized.
  • You have an eye for keeping things clean and tidy.
  • You take responsiblity and pride for your work and do not leave room for interpretation.
  • You are customer service-oriented as well as business-minded.
  • You are a team player, just like everybody else in our team.
